  New features in this release include a basic combat system, and a more
  realistic mass system. This release also adds an event notification
  system useful in constructing NPCs and other objects that react to
  events. There are many other enhancements including better tab

  This release focuses on improving the performance of mooix. The mood
  daemon now embeds perl for speed. Key methods were rewritten in C, and
  some objects redesigned to speed things up. This is the fastest version
  of mooix ever, by a lot!

  There are also some portability and perl 5.8 compatability fixes in this
  release and of course the everpresent bug fixes, including a fix for a 
  very minor security problem with non-exit_ok rooms.
