Quod Libet now uses GStreamer 0.10. GStreamer 0.8 *will not work*.

0.18 is probably the last version of Quod Libet that will include
Mutagen. Future versions will require you to download it separately.
This will let us desynchronize the Mutagen and Quod Libet release
schedules, so tagging bugs can be fixed more quickly.
